Are you insured and bonded?
Our insurance and bonding fully covers your family and your property, as well
as Miller Cleaning and our property. We will send you a certificate
validating our coverage upon request.
Must I be home when you clean?
Feel free to come and/or go as you please. It’s your choice. We work in many
different situations. Some customers give us a key or leave a
key in a safe place. Others prefer we use the entry/exit
code and set alarms accordingly.
How are my keys safeguarded?
Our operations manager holds your key. Your key is stamped with a letter
or numbers that is not connected to your address in the unlikely event of
loss. In that event, we are insured for re-keying or replacement.
Will I have the same crew each visit?
Yes, its nice to see a familiar face each visit and to have that piece of mind
that a person you know is in your home addressing your specific cleaning needs.
Your supervisor will be the same person and her job is to instruct her staff
in your home to deliver the quality you expect. We also have our quality control
personnel double check your home to meet your standards as well as ours.
Should I supply the cleaning products?
We will bring everything we need. Miller Cleaning will supply all products and
equipment as well as sanitary cloths to complete our work. If you have a
special product you would like us to use, that is fine - just leave it out the day
of your cleaning.
How about our pets?
Just let us know! Pets are part of your family and we treat them according to
your wishes. We just need a few instructions.

What if I would like some extras done?
Just give us a quick call at the office. We can notify the supervisor if it is
not too time consuming or schedule any larger project for the appropriate
time frame needed.
Is your work guaranteed?
Absolutely! All work is completely guaranteed, if you are not happy - we are
not happy. Just call our office & we will accommodate you in whatever fashion
needed to rectify the problem.
How much will my cleaning cost & how do I pay?
Your cleaning cost is based on a number of criteria. The size and condition of
your home is considered as well as the specific needs to be met in your
household. We will provide you with a free onsite walk-through & estimate.

allows us to assess your house concerns & needs & create a cleaning plan &
